Orders and Order Process

Customers create an account and submit their artwork and order requirements through our website. After an order is submitted, an order confirmation is sent to the customer’s registered email address.

Our general order process is:

Create Account → Place Order → Order Confirmation → Artwork Processing → Completion Email → Invoice → Payment → File Delivery

Once the requested work is ready, a completion email and invoice are sent to the customer’s registered email address. After the invoice is paid, the completed digital files are delivered to the same email address.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, artwork, sizes, placement details, and other order instructions. Customers must have the necessary rights or authorization to use any artwork, logo, trademark, or other material submitted to us.

Revisions and Changes

Revisions related to the original order requirements may be provided where applicable. Major changes or new requirements may require an additional charge.

Digital File Formats

Completed files may include formats such as DST, PES, EMB, CND, XXX, or other available formats depending on the service ordered.

Embroidery Results

Embroidery results may vary depending on the machine, fabric, thread, stabilizer, and production settings. Therefore, the final sew-out may differ from the digital preview.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests are handled according to our separate Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Karachi (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
